<p>Big City HVAC &amp; Appliance Repair is hiring for the position of <strong>Dispatcher</strong>. REMOTE EMPLOYMENT. (USA)</p> <p></p> <p><strong>What are we doing?</strong> </p> <p>We provide repair services for household appliances and HVAC in 4 US states (our office is located in San Diego). We work in the areas of COD, Insurance and Property. Organization and coordination of repair work;</p> <p>2. Maintaining reports on work in the CRM system;</p> <p>3. Interact with customers via inbound/outbound messaging, email, Spark, and Yelp. Assigning work to technical specialists;</p> <p>4. Concluding new contracts with clients “(using the existing database).”</p> <p></p> <p><strong>We will 100% invite you for an interview if you:</strong><br />1. Previously worked as a dispatcher; or in such areas as Customer Service, Sales, Appliance Repair;<br />2. Familiar with the technical aspects of renovation work (will be an advantage);</p> <p>3. You speak spoken English at level B2-C1;</p> <p>4. Do you like remote work and are ready to start working soon;</p> <p>5. A sociable, positive person who easily adapts to a new environment and quickly masters the material.</p> <p></p> <p><strong>What the company can offer you:</strong><br />1. Work schedule (Mon-Fri, from 09:00 to 17:00 PM\19:00 - 03:00 Kyiv time) - a flexible schedule is possible during the high season;</p> <p>2. After the trial period - a bet of $1000, if KPIs are met.
