<p><strong></strong>outstaff company is seeking for his client a highly motivated and experienced Team Leader to manage and guide our offshore development team, responsible for maintaining and developing our remittance product. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, prior experience leading teams, and hands-on expertise in NestJS and React. Experience with PHP (legacy systems) is an advantage.</p> <p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p> <p>· Lead, mentor, and manage a team consisting of senior, mid-level, and entry-level developers, a Flutter developer, and a QA engineer.</p> <p>· Oversee the development, maintenance, and enhancement of the remittance product.</p> <p>· Collaborate with the product team to gather and prioritize requirements, ensuring the team delivers high-quality results on time.</p> <p>· Participate in code reviews to maintain high standards of code quality and consistency.</p> <p>· Define and enforce best practices for software development, including CI/CD processes and agile methodologies.</p> <p>· Work hands-on when necessary, contributing to the development of key features or resolving complex technical challenges.</p> <p>· Provide technical guidance and troubleshoot issues related to the technology stack (NestJS, React, and PHP).</p> <p>· Ensure smooth communication between the offshore team and the main office.</p> <p>· Monitor and report on project progress, identifying risks and proposing mitigation strategies.</p> <p>Requirements:</p> <p><strong>· Experience:</strong></p> <p>Minimum 5+ years of experience in software development.</p> <p>At least 3 years of experience in a Team Leader or similar role, managing cross-functional development teams.</p> <p><strong>Technical Skills:</strong></p> <p>o Proficiency in NestJS and backend development using TypeScript.</p> <p>o Strong knowledge of React for building modern front-end applications.</p> <p>o Experience working with PHP (legacy codebases) is an advantage.</p> <p>o Familiarity with databases such as MySQL and PostgreSQL.</p> <p>o Experience with CI/CD pipelines and agile methodologies.</p> <p>o Understanding of mobile development principles (Flutter experience is a plus).</p> <p>Soft Skills:</p> <p>o Strong leadership and mentorship abilities.</p> <p>o Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.</p> <p>o Problem-solving mindset with the ability to handle challenges in a fast-paced environment.</p> <p>o Proactive and self-motivated with a focus on delivering results.</p> <p>Tech stack</p> <p>React  PHP  Nest.js</p> <p></p> <p><br /></p>
