You will</p> <p>report to the Business process manager, and be an integral part of designing conversation</p> <p>experiences that drive faster and more efective issue resolution for eToro customers.</p> <p>About the Role:</p> <p>We are looking for an Experienced AI Developer / Prompt Engineer to join our innovative team.</p> <p>This role requires expertise in developing, fine-tuning, and optimizing AI models, particularly</p> <p>the realm of prompt engineering for large language models (LLMs). The ideal candidate will be</p> <p>responsible for crafting high-quality prompts, enhancing model responses, and collaborating</p> <p>with cross-functional teams to integrate AI-driven solutions into our business processes.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities:</p> <p>? Design, develop, and optimize AI-driven applications with a focus on NLP and LLMs.</p> <p>? Engineer and refine prompts to enhance AI model performance and response accurac</p> <p>? Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and product teams to implement AI-based</p> <p>solutions.</p> <p>? Research and implement best practices in AI model fine-tuning and prom</p> <p>engineering.</p> <p>? Evaluate and experiment with diferent models to improve efciency and scalability.</p> <p>? Develop automation workflows leveraging AI and machine learning model</p> <p>? Monitor AI system performance and proactively suggest improvements.</p> <p>? Ensure ethical AI practices and compliance with data privacy regulations.</p> <p>? Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and advancements in</p> <p>generative AI.</p> <p><strong>Qualifications &amp; Skill</strong></p> <p>? Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, or a related</p> <p>field</p> <p>? Minimum of 2 years of experience in AI development, NLP, or prompt engineering.</p> <p>? Strong experience with LLMs (GPT, BERT, T5, Llama, etc.) and fine-tuning technique</p> <p>? Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar</p> <p>frameworks.</p> <p>? Hands-on experience in prompt engineering and optimizing model outputs.</p> <p>? Strong knowledge of data preprocessing, model evaluation, and performance tuning.</p> <p>? Experience with APIs, cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure), and deployment strategies.</p> <p>? Familiarity with Reinforcement Learning from Human Feedback (RLHF) is a plus.</p> <p>? Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.</p> <p>?
