Identify inefficiencies and recommend solutions to optimize business operatio</p> <p>? Work closely with the business units to understand their goals.</p> <p>? Analyze and evaluate existing business processes to identify areas for improvement.</p> <p>? Identify potential areas for improvement using a technological process/automation.</p> <p>? Design the business solution and flo</p> <p>? Fully learn and understand the business goals &amp; all operational aspects</p> <p>? Design, develop and maintain process documentation (BRD), including workflows, SOPs, a</p> <p>process maps.</p> <p>? Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and define business requirement</p> <p>? Support process automation initiatives and the adoption of new technologies.</p> <p>? Assist in developing and implementing key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure</p> <p>process effectivenes</p> <p>? Conduct process testing, validation, and training for stakeholders.</p> <p>? Work closely with R&amp;D and business teams to ensure seamless process integration.</p> <p>? Monitor process performance and provide regular reports to management.</p> <p>? Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in process improvement methodologies.</p> <p>Qualifications &amp; Skill</p> <p>? Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems,</p> <p>or a related fiel</p> <p>? Minimum of 3+ years of experience in business process analysis, process improvement, or</p> <p>related roles.</p> <p>? Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.</p> <p>? Experience with business process modeling tools (e.g., BPMN, Visio, Lucidchart).</p> <p>? Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Tableau</p> <p>? Familiarity with process automation technologies (e.g., RPA, workflow automation tools</p> <p>? Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.</p> <p>? Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).</p> <p>? Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.</p> <p>? Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma methodologies is a plus.</p> <p>? Ability to work closely with business units to understand their goals.</p> <p>? Strong capability to identify and implement process improvements using technological</p> <p>solutions/automation.</p> <p>?
