<p dir="ltr">As an <strong>Affiliate Manager,</strong> you will lead the online sales strategy for AdStart Media's Affiliate Program. You will recruit and manage top affiliates, build strong relationships with them, and optimize their performance across various performance models and traffic types. You will also use your online marketing expertise to implement best practices and drive results.</p> <p dir="ltr">You should have a solid background in affiliate and programmatic advertising, hands-on experience with key platforms and tools and a passion for growing our business. This is not just a resume filler, but a dynamic opportunity to unleash your potential, learn from senior management, and make an impact from day one.<br /></p> <p dir="ltr"><strong>YOUR MAIN DUTIES:</strong> </p> <ul><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Manage and optimize campaigns across CPI, CPA (CPR, CPS, CPT, CPE) models.</p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Work with both non-incentivized and incentivized (rewarded/offerwalls) traffic types.</p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Handle an average of 10 clients, with the flexibility to manage up to 20% more.</p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Possess an AdNetwork mindset with a focus on performance optimization and strategic growth.</p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Find and recruit top affiliates and publishers in relevant niches.</p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Develop and maintain strong partnerships with key affiliates and networks.</p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Set and manage revenue growth goals on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis.</p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Achieve or exceed monthly revenue and profit targets.</p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Negotiate various payout models with affiliates, such as CPI, CPA (CPR, CPS, CPT, CPE) models.</p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Consult with affiliates regularly to help them optimize their performance and promote additional products/services.</p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Research and analyze industry trends and opportunities.</p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Train and mentor junior staff members.</p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Analyze reports and feedback to improve strategies and campaigns.</p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Collaborate with the product development team to identify and promote high-performing offers.</p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Screen affiliates for fraud prevention.</p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Travel to trade shows to network and close deals.</p></li></ul> <p><strong>YOUR ATTRIBUTES:</strong></p> <ul><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">English fluency is a must</p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">3+ years of prior experience in Media or Affiliate Marketing.</p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Strong working knowledge of Mobile Measurement Platforms (MMPs) such as AppsFlyer, Singular, and Adjust is a MUST.</p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Experience with SaaS platforms like Affise, Everflow, Swaarm, etc., is a MUST.</p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">In-depth understanding of metrics, KPIs, optimizations, and macros/parameters.</p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Proficient in campaign setup, tracking URLs, and integrations (API / S2S).</p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Solid knowledge of CTA (Click-through Attribution) and VTA (View-through Attribution) concepts.</p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Familiarity with CTV, OneLinks, and Agency Handshakes is a plus.</p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Comfortable working with p360, raw data reports, and understanding ROI/ROAS.</p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Stay updated on digital marketing trends, particularly in affiliate marketing and programmatic advertising.</p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Knowledge of the difference between VTA and impressions-only passing.</p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Highly organized and exceptional time management</p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Positive outlook and ability to influence and persuade others in a positive manner</p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Ability to build reports and tables in Google Sheets and Excels</p></li></ul> <p><strong>WHAT WE OFFER:</strong></p> <ul><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">An environment with high energy, flat hierarchy, positive attitude, and growth you would expect from a startup coupled with all of the security and benefits of an established company</p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Competitive salary and flexible work life balance</p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Paid annual leave and sick leave</p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Fun team building activities including annual company trip, parties and other benefits</p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">To work in a role that has a global scope for a company that has an international presence</p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">An inclusive environment of friends who happen to work together</p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">And much more</p></li></ul>
